Carrion Spring is a band out of Portland, Oregon that first emerged among the most dedicated of screamo fans on the
4-way split with Beau Navire, Te Lloraria Un Puto Rio, and Discord Of A Forgotten Sketch. Carrion carries on in strong form into 2011 with A History of Decay, which is one of the top screamo releases thus far along with Daniel Striped Tiger's latest release. Carrion Spring plays a heavy style of screamo with plenty of guitar nuances that keep each song interesting all the way through. Anyone who is a fan of screamo or hardcore should definitely give this a listen.
